Our patented IN-AIR MICROFLUIDICS™ technology combines microfluidic precision with industrial scalability. Using micrometer-sized liquid jets in mid-air, we create uniform microparticles, microcapsules, and even microfibers from 30µm to 3mm.

This chip-free, high-throughput platform enables gentle microencapsulation for life science, biopharma, and consumer care applications. Even delicate compounds like live stem cells, peptides, probiotics, and antioxidants retain their viability and potency, delivering results beyond conventional encapsulation methods.

Outperforming encapsulation standards

IN-AIR MICROFLUIDICS™ merges microfluidic precision with industry-scale production, outperforming traditional vibrating jet, chip-based microfluidics, spray drying, and emulsification. Our process produces uniform, pristine, and biocompatible microparticles at kilogram-per-day throughput, with a size distribution (CV) below 5%.

Because particles are formed in mid-air rather than in chips or emulsions, the process is gentle, solvent-free, and low-stress, thereby preserving sensitive ingredients and ensuring consistent quality. This makes IN-AIR MICROFLUIDICS™ a cleaner, faster, and more scalable alternative for microencapsulation and particle engineering in biopharma, life science, and consumer care applications.
