IamFluidics strengthens its commercial leadership and expands global presence

With these additions, IamFluidics is expanding its international footprint and establishing a presence in Switzerland and Boston, two of the world’s most vibrant biotech and life science ecosystems. This strategic step strengthens our ability to collaborate with partners, customers, and investors across Europe and North America.

Meet Pavel & Richard

Pavel Abdulkin (Chief Commercial Officer) is an accomplished commercialization expert in Life Sciences, with extensive experience helping companies scale and access markets in advanced microencapsulation and therapies. He previously served as CEO of Particle Works, a pharma instrumentation company focused on mRNA-based vaccine R&D workflows, and has held multiple leadership roles in Swiss-based biotech and microencapsulation firms.

Richard Gray (Strategic Business Partner) brings decades of experience in engineering, product innovation, and business growth across the microfluidics and pharma instrumentation sectors. As former General Manager at Mettler Toledo and Commercial Director at Syrris and Dolomite Microfluidics, he has led global teams, acquisitions, and new ventures.

Expanding global reach

With Pavel based in Switzerland and Richard operating out of Boston, IamFluidics now has a direct presence in two major biotech hubs, enabling closer collaboration with global partners, customers, and investors.

This expanded commercial team strengthens IamFluidics’ ability to scale and commercialize its revolutionary microencapsulation technology, offering better, faster, and cleaner microcapsule products and services for regenerative aesthetic and therapeutic applications.
