About you
Experience Required:
- You bring experience in quality management, ideally in a tech or startup setting where you have developed and implemented a QMS system.
- Hands-on knowledge of QMS and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and GMP.
- You have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- You enjoy working methodically and improving processes to deliver better outcomes.
- Pre: you have experience with working in a GMP environment.
Skills and General Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
What You’ll Do
As QA Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our operations and outputs meet both internal and external quality requirements. You’ll work collaboratively with our teams to build a strong foundation for quality that supports our growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Improve, implement and maintain our quality management system to ensure consistent processes and outcomes.
- Create and maintain quality policies that align with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and guide staff to improve quality awareness and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001 and in future GMP
